The mobility warm up was great, did it twice in a row. Dang, my rotator cuffs and hips need work. It be interesting to incorporate footwork. Also more slips, blocks, rolls, maybe knees and elbows.
knees and elbows GALORE, go back and check out episodes 15-25! We just rolled our shoulder and slipped in this past workout, # 31, but I can incorporate more footwork for sure, and get back to some roll/weaves, I will show you that I'm listening and will address tomorrow!
