41m
Shadow Do incorporates rolling uppercuts toward our forward opponent, then turns our focus to our back for the second attacker. This combination is simple, yet it requires focus in order to alternate performance. HIPBOX requires a much higher level of skill here. We angle off and we pivot, learning to knife the ring in either direction against our opponent, depending on whether the follow up hook is applied or not after the triple uppercuts. These skills make for engaging drills, and FITPROS remember: can always be utilized for time, without being restricted to group rhythmic performance.
