10m
A tough 10 min tough lower body set, only 2 exercises, 2 progression rounds per exercise, ONLY BODYWEIGHT. We will be challenging balance with asymmetrical and unilateral loading, shifting in standing functional patterns, in order to create max results and interesting, multi-level, conceptually simple programming! OPTIONS: 1) perform as is for a shaky in and out 10 mins with deep ROM for high intensity. 2) repeat 2X for 20 min, using my intro and warmup again as active recovery and a lower intensity round 3) extend warmup and transition/stretch more in depth of your own, cut out warmup #2 for a 30 min class (28 mins to leave room for the fitpros to have a change in equip/setup) 4) 3X through, try for the hardest levels of each progression right away, keep the rest minimal, as we did, for 2nd and 3rd performances, with appropriate dynamic warmup and transition, adding the multi-impact HOP to the knee raise (not shown in video), 5) add 12-15 mins of core work to any of these protocols to extend length and make it lower body and core (I like the name LoCo), 6) make this a portion of class involving core as a warmup, then an upper body segment, followed by this last, for a completely balanced calorie crushing workout!
